服务流程说明:

Service Flow:

1 招聘意向:与雇主深入接触,分析和调研雇主基本背景情况,文化特点,评价体系。

1.Recruitment Demand Analyze: employer’s background information, enterprise culture, evaluation system, etc;


2、分析评估:

2.Recruitment Demand Review:

   A、确认雇主猎聘职位说明,进行项目可行性评估判断;

  A.Confirm vacancy information with employer, and feasibility;

  B、与雇主协商提出最佳解决方案和初步合作条件。

  B.Provide proposed solution and cooperation terms.


3、签订合同:双方确定合作细节,签订服务合同,雇主支付前期寻访费用。

3.Contract: define cooperation details, sign contact, pre-pay searching charge to Headhunt firm.


4、人才搜寻:安排专项项目小组对接、讨论并制订寻猎方案,明确渠道,落实分工.落实招聘解决方案,正式启动人才搜索。

4.Candidate Searching: project team work ( setting target, recruitment channel, start-up project).


5、人才筛选:通过智猎呼叫中心,针对目标群体,通过初步接触、了解、沟通,具体面试、 第一轮专业背景调查等。

5.Candidate Selection: preliminary communication with target candidates, first run interview and investigation on professional background from our call center.


6、推荐报告:经过初试、复试、评估、比较后,确定推荐人选提交推荐报告及候选评估报告资料。

6.Candidate Recommendation: basing on step 5, draft recommendation report to employer.


7、安排面试:协助雇主对候选人进行面试、复试、评估、权衡,进行信息沟通、反馈和协调, 基本锁定目标人选

7.Interview: assist employer on interview, evaluate and feedback; lock candidates with intention.


8、背景调查:协助雇主对目标人选的履历、教育、品质、业绩、能力、性格等情况进行背景调查、核实

8.Investigation: on candidates’ working experience, education background, performance, personnel character, etc.


9、确定人选:

9.Confirmation: 

 A、确定目标人选,协商主要聘用条款;

   A. Confirm candidate and negotiate offer terms( salary, working time, location, etc.);

 B、协助雇主和候选人签定聘用意向书offer letter

   B.Employer sign Offer Letter;

   C、雇主将offer letter发给候选人和智猎。

   C.Officially send Offer Letter with chop to both candidate and Zhilie, picture by scan or hardcopy by express.


10、报到入职:协助候选人办理原单位工作交接,准备入职资料,办理报到入职手续。

10.Report Duty: Zhilie assist candidate to finish work hand-over and entry issues.


11、客服服务:

11.Customer Service:

A、雇主付清余款,智猎跟进候选人表现,协调雇佣双方磨合;

 A.Employer clear the balance payment while Zhilie follow up new entry staff performance;

B、对雇主方做用人风险控制和防范。

 B.Suggestion on employing risk prevention.


12、售后跟进:

12.After-sale Follow up:

   A、成功完成相关猎聘职位后,回顾项目实施情况,总结发现问题,提出改进意见;

   A.Review cooperation and provide suggestion to employer;

  B、促进与雇主成为长期人才战略合作伙伴。

  B.Promote unity and strategic relationship between employee and employer.
